Fine Print

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking within 12 months of the initial scheduled trip. Cancellations made 30 days or closer to the trip start date are 100% non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking within 12 months of the initial scheduled trip.

Sea Peak Adventures may cancel or change a trip at any time due to external factors beyond our control. Such cancellations or changes may be due to area closures or extreme variations in the natural conditions of an area. In the case of a cancelled trip due to external factors beyond our control we will do our best to work with our clients and re-schedule the trip for another time. If the trip is cancelled or changed due to external factors beyond our control before 30 days of the trip start date the deposit may be transferred to another booking within 12 months of the initial scheduled trip.

Trips operate rain or shine. Please be prepared for a range of weather conditions. A complete equipment list will accompany your introduction package upon booking a trip. Please enquire with any questions regarding weather, climate and terrain.

Personal health and fitness is the responsibility of the registrant. We will work with you to determine applicability and appropriateness of outdoor adventure activities, however it is the responsibility of the registrant to make the final decision in choosing an activity.
